About Chad Fournier


Chad Fournier is driven by a lifelong love of health and wellness, leveraging his experience overcoming personal challenges to empower others. Shaped by his small-town upbringing and athletic background, Chad champions a holistic approach that integrates breathwork to fuel all pillars of well-being: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.


Inspired by a transformative experience in Bali, Indonesia, Chad discovered the profound impact of breathwork on our psychological and physiological health and our ability to optimize and consciously regulate our complex systems related to the mind and body.


With over 20 years of wellness practice, he has focused his study as a breathwork specialist. He now assists high-performing professionals in utilizing breathwork to enhance their mindset, elevate energy, overcome adversity to step into their highest self, find purpose and discover their authenticity.


Chad’s professional portfolio covers multiple industries, with an educational background in power engineering, personal training, breathwork facilitation and coaching.


Chad’s specialties related to breathwork are techniques of relaxation, euphoric, dynamic and sonic neural, allowing participants to experience profound energetic shifts and nervous system regulation.


He has been a featured speaker in New York at Columbia University, recognized as a face of Health and Wellness in magazines, and a guest on Positive Talk Radio. He has also co-authored a Blu Talk book featuring Bob Proctor and Brian Proctor.
